I developed the following assessment materials for Q Consulting and Education’s Safe Space workshop series.  QCE staff compare pre-test and post-test data in workshops with 30 or fewer attendees to look for changes in knowledge, comprehension, and attitudes among workshop attendees.   QCE staff use workshop evaluations to assess the effectiveness of large group presentations and curriculum development evaluations to assess the effectiveness of intensive curriculum development workshops.  All assessment data is tabulated and analyzed by QCE staff and Board members to better adapt workshop topics to diverse attendees and make changes to curriculum and organizational priorities.

I collected student comments, which were submitted via anonymous end-of-term course evaluations in courses I developed and taught at colleges and universities, per the notated course number and title.  These comments serve as a qualitative measure of my effectiveness as a course and curriculum developer and instructor.
